                             Train the Content Developer Program

The Training Content Developer Program is designed to equip participants with advanced knowledge and skills in Instructional System Design (ISD) and leverage artificial intelligence for effective content development aligned with business objectives. The program focuses on both qualitative and quantitative aspects to ensure guaranteed results in the learning process.

Participants will learn the following key steps to develop high-quality training content:

  1. Learning Gap Analysis (Training Needs Analysis):

    • Advanced tools and techniques for analyzing the learning gap.

    • Calibration methods to precisely identify training needs.

  2. Conceptualization and Design of Training Programs:

    • Creating clear instructions for effective knowledge transfer.

    • Designing comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives.

  3. Training Agenda and Objective Development:

    • Creating storyboards to outline the flow of the training program.

    • Developing clear training objectives to guide content creation.

  4. Training Program Development:

    • Utilizing multimedia elements such as PPTs, audio files, and video clips.

    • Incorporating video editing techniques for enhanced content delivery.

    • Familiarity with content development software, online tools, and authoring tools.

  5. Trainer Guides Development:

    • Creating comprehensive guides to assist trainers in delivering content effectively.

  6. Participant's Hand-Out Development:

    • Developing materials for participants to facilitate learning and reference.

  7. Program Development based on the DOWNLOAD - ACTIVITY - ASSESSMENT Method:

    • Structuring training programs around the Download (introduction of new concepts), Activity (engagement and application), and Assessment (evaluation) phases.

  8. Constructive Feedback Form & MIS System Development:

    • Creating effective feedback forms for continuous improvement.

    • Implementing Management Information Systems (MIS) for tracking and analyzing training effectiveness.

By the end of the program, participants will be proficient in the entire training content development lifecycle, ensuring the successful transfer, retention, and recall of learning for the entire workforce. The program aligns with the Balanced Scorecard concept to measure and improve the impact of training on business objectives.
